These terms and conditions apply to all users of the mdi97 platform (mdi97.run). By accessing or playing on this website at any time, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Anyone wishing to use the mdi97 platform must meet the following requirements —

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (21+ only).
  • Must register an account personally and of your own free will; registering on behalf of another person is not allowed.
  • Must comply with the laws and regulations of your country regarding gambling.
  • Must access the platform from a location where online gambling is not prohibited.
  • Must register with accurate personal information; fake names or false contact details are not permitted.

If any account is found to be in breach of the above requirements, mdi97 reserves the right to suspend or close that account, and any bonus funds in the account may also be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Account Registration

Each player may register only one account on mdi97. Opening multiple accounts using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods is not allowed. If this is detected, all related accounts will be closed and no funds will be returned.

3.2 Account Security

Players must keep their username and password confidential and must not share this information with any third party. Your login credentials must not be used by anyone else — if this occurs, the player is solely responsible for any issues that arise. mdi97 accepts no liability for any loss resulting from sharing login details.

3.3 Temporary Account Suspension / Closure

Players may request a temporary account suspension for their own protection by contacting us via Live Chat on the website or at [email protected]. mdi97 also reserves the right to suspend an account at its own discretion in cases of suspected fraud or during an ongoing investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks, and only the payment methods designated by the platform at the time of deposit may be used.

  • Deposits must be made from the player's own payment account. Deposits made from a third party's account may result in the funds being forfeited and cannot be returned.
  • Once a deposit is completed, it will be reflected in the player's balance immediately. If there is a delay, please contact us via Live Chat.
  • mdi97 is not responsible for incomplete or failed transfers.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals can only be sent back to the player's own payment method used for the deposit; funds cannot be transferred to a new or different method.

  • Once a withdrawal request is submitted and processed, it is normally completed within one hour.
  • The balance to be withdrawn must have met the required wagering turnover and be a withdrawable balance.
  • If verification is required, mdi97 may request supporting documents from the player, which may cause a delay in processing the withdrawal.
  • mdi97 is not responsible if funds are not received due to the player's failure to verify their identity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mdi97 offers a welcome bonus and other promotions for players. Full details and conditions for each bonus are listed below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Get a 100% Welcome Bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

  • Example ① — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus; balance becomes 40,000 Ks; wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.
  • Example ② — Deposit 420,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum); balance becomes 620,000 Ks; wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.
Wagering Requirement: You must complete a turnover of 10× the bonus amount before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus can only be claimed on one account registered with accurate personal information; each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
  • Because bonus funds are mixed with deposited funds, withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirement is met.
  • mdi97 reserves the right to amend bonus terms with prior notice.
  • If you attempt to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only the deposited amount will be returned — subject to the platform's decision.

6. Game Rules

Every game on the platform has its own game rules, and by playing a game you are considered to have read and agreed to its rules in advance.

  • Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), so no specific result can be guaranteed.
  • If a technical glitch occurs during play, mdi97's decision shall be treated as final.
  • If a player deliberately exploits a bug in any game, funds may be forfeited and the account may be closed.
  • Payouts from football betting games that result from unstable odds data or errors may be voided by mdi97.

7. Prohibited Actions

Players are prohibited from carrying out any of the following actions on the mdi97 platform —

  • Opening multiple accounts from a single person (multi-accounting).
  • Systematically hedging bets within games with the intent to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Card counting, or using software assistance without disclosure (unfair play).
  • Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering.
  • Hacking, manipulating, or disrupting the platform's systems.
  • Providing false personal information when registering an account.
  • Playing while under 21+ years of age, or assisting others to do so.
